Daisy Bugarin has almost a decade of group fitness and personal training experience and is AFAA, ACE, and Turbokick certified. Daisy's goal is to make cardio and aerobic exercise exhilarating and show individuals that they are powerful beyond measure. Daisy incorporates self-resistance strength training in all her classes, showing students that the best exercise machine is one's own body. As a former military cadet, competitive distance runner, dancer and gymnast, Daisy’s classes blend cardio endurance and athletic military drills to great music from all over the world. Daisy's latest project includes building a network for fitness instructors and athletes to more easily connect with non-profit and charity organizations.
