Judy Atrubin has been studying yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for ten. In her vinyasa classes Judy combines strong asana (poses) and movement with attention to alignment and great music. Her beginner classes slow things down a bit so you can build up a practice to take you wherever you want to go. Judy also works as an Integrative Therapist, balancing yoga therapy, breath work, Reiki and essential oil therapy to create a practice specific to each individual. Judy works with people with illness, injury and those recovering from surgery.
