As an avid outdoor runner, a few winters ago Pam Zapf was in search of a different kind of workout, one with a variation in routine to avoid the icy roads. She stumbled upon spin classes and was instantly hooked. Spin is an intense, efficient and fun workout in addition to being a great method to relieve stress. Each of her class profiles are designed to reflect this belief. Pam’s classes combine upbeat music with varying levels of resistance and speed to provide an exhilarating workout. She is a certified spin instructor though Mad Dogg Athletics and continues to practice finance in Manhattan outside of spin class.
