High Core: This is a fast paced low impact weights class with complex movements for balance and strength and a variety of core elements.
Balance Blend: This is a ball and band class working on balance and mobility on the ball and strength using joint gentle bands.
Zumba: This is a complete dance fitness experience including various intensity levels and toning moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance party to a well-rounded mix of world rhythms and fun music.
Yoga(Hatha): This class breaks down various yoga poses, building up to a peak pose each week. Focus on breath, and connecting breath to the body, encouraging the use of props, and only pushing yourself as far as you feel able to go. Beginners welcome.
Pure Strength: It is a smooth flowing full body class that uses weights and gliders. The class focuses on body strength as well as over power and cardio.
Sculpt Circuit: This is a high energy, fast paced tibata style circuit class with less emphasis on Heart Rate and more on Strength, Mobility, Balance and Cardio bursts.
Low Core: This is low impact strength, stretch and core class using gliders, pilates rings and light weights.
Body Sculpt: Combining Strength training with cardio bursts, this class will sculpt and define the total body whole improving your cardiovascular endurance.
Yoga (Vinyasa): A class that focuses on connecting breath to movement, flowing from one shape into the next.
Impact: This high-intensity, calorie burning, total body workout is specifically designed to develop a complete range of physical capabilities. This results in a lean and strong body with increased energy levels.
Pilates: A Pilates Mat class incorporating core strength, flexibility, alignment, and breath work.
Boot Camp Xtreme: Is a full body circuit class. This upbeat class will take you through multiple functional movement stations that target every part of the body.
Kickbox: This is a high impact cardio class using elements of kickboxing, core and dance.
Fit Forever: This class is designed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility to be challenging for members of all ages. (90 minutes) includes 30 minutes of low impact aerobics.
Power Vinyasa: Proper alignment in the core poses of yoga lead to a stronger, and more dynamic yoga practice overall. Open to all levels, but a general understanding of basic yoga poses (sun salutations) is encouraged.
Total Sculpt: This is a high energy, fast paced, full body workout focusing on strength, balance and core with cardio bursts built in.
Gentle Hatha Yoga: Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, attentive, graceful hatha yoga class that moves through the classic poses and is intended to create space and awareness in the mind and body.
Stretch Therapy: From gentle supported back bends to deep hamstring and hip openers, with a stop-over into intense ab work, this class concludes with a check-in on your balance.
The Athlete's Workout: This class works on your overall strength, agility and conditioning.
PiYo: This class combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience.
Pre-Brunch Krunch: This functional workout combined High Intensity Interval Training with circuits. Using a mix of body weight, cardio and strength training this class will have you dripping with sweat as you move from station to station
STRONG (by Zumba ®): This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music in an one hour class for you to burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
Balance & Chisel: Using a Stability ball throughout this workout adds a continuous challenge to exercises that use either body weight or dumbbells. To stay on the ball - literally- you're forced to engage all your muscles.
